EZISPEAK DELIVERS AUSTRALIA’S FIRST REAL TIME VIDEO INTERPRETING SOLUTION

ezispeak™ has launched Australia’s first ‘Real Time Video Interpreter Service’ which provides organisations with on demand access to interpreters without scheduling an appointment in advance.

This is the first application of its kind in the Australian market and ezispeak is proud to be at the forefront of change and innovation within the local Australian language services industry. “The development of ezispeak Vision™, our cloud based video interpreting platform, provides organisations with a simple and effective mechanism to access an interpreter in high demand languages at the point of need” says ezispeak CEO, Rebecca Haynes.

The system is designed using a simple 3 step call flow:

  1. Log into application
  2. Select the language you require
  3. Click start call once an interpreter has been located

A system designed to be smart and responsive, it automatically routes the request to the most appropriately skilled and qualified interpreter within seconds. Since the new product launched six months ago, the performance is consistent with the success of ezispeak's voice business - an interpreter is connected to a video call in under 60 seconds.

A solution which is purposely designed for a number of markets including Australia’s Healthcare sector, the strategic objective is to partner with organisations that have an appetite to drive Language Service Transformation. “We are really positive about the opportunities which are ahead of us and the industry with this new capability.
